NTR 5350 - Recent Advances in Nutrient Metabolism I, II (2)

Recent developments and research in nutrient metabolism. A major nutrient class (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals) will be studied during each semester. Each course to be subtitled identifying the nutrient class to be discussed. May be taken up to two times, only with different topics, for a total credit of 4 units.
