NTR 3280L - Food and Culture Laboratory (1) Selected cultures, religious, traditional, medically modified cultural specialties, therapeutic modifications, countries and hands-on regional food preparation. Meal management according to culture preferences, and nutrient analysis software. Also, exploration of diverse worldviews as pertains relationships between food, history, culture and traditions. Individual oral reports and group projects. For NTR majors only.
