Introduction to language-related real-life problems and solutions, such as translation and interpretation, teaching Spanish as a second language and as a heritage language, language policy in education, and children’s bilingual development. This is a service-learning course.

Prerequisite(s): SPN 250, SPN 251, SPN 252, SPN 253, SPN 254, SPN 256, SPN 2112, or SPN 2120.
