PSY 3314 - Human Relations in Organizations (3) Experiential seminar with development of self-understanding and awareness of individual differences, and building interpersonal skills and strategies needed for effective functioning in the contemporary workplace. Skills include interpersonal communication, teamwork skills, problem solving and decision making, cross-cultural relations, positive political skills, conflict resolution skills, strategies for motivating and mentoring others; strategies for managing personal productivity and stress, strategies for self-motivation, goal setting, and managing one’s career, and business ethics.
Prerequisite(s): PSY 2201 or PSY 201 or PSY 202. Component(s): Seminar Grading Basis: Graded Only Repeat for Credit: May be taken only once
