FST 4271L - Unit Operations in Food Processing Laboratory (1) Study of unit operations used in food processing technology through hands on laboratory experiments, demonstrations and/or field trips on topics covered in FST 4170 and FST 4271 including raw materials preparation, size reduction, homogenization, pasteurization, canning, mechanical separations, dehydration, etc.
