No more than 6 total units of MAE 5990 , MAT 4990 , MAT 5990 , STA 4990 , or STA 5990  may be included. A limit of 9 total transfer and/or extension and/or units petitioned for graduate credit may count towards a master’s degree.

Students may choose to take a pair of comprehensive exams or write a thesis as their culminating experience.
