Adapted Physical Education Added Authorization: 24 units

Authorization Required

The added authorization in Adapted PE permits candidates to teach physical education to students with disabilities. Courses are designed to ensure that candidates have opportunities to develop a broad education and philosophical background on which to base their APE program decisions. The authorization may be added to an existing basic credential or earned concurrently with a basic credential. Required courses include:
