This minor provides students with an opportunity to develop their capability to manage other employees and provides introductory background in the human resource/personnel field.

Required Courses: 24 units

*Students with a College of Business Administration Degree need to take an additional 4 units from this list to fulfill the requirements for this Human Resources Management minor. Students in MHR are not eligible for this minor.
