ARC 4730 - The Architect and the Development Process (2) The potential roles of the architect in the development process are discussed. Issues include goals, appraisal of needs, economics, and market analysis feasibility studies, appraisal procedures, cash flow methods, financing options, decisions, design and delivery processes, involvement at levels of design decisions and project administration.
