URP 4370 - Planning for Infrastructure (3) Examination of a broad range of non-transportation infrastructure in comparative urban contexts. Considers public and private sector interests, and social justice aspects. Investigation of the influence of the planning field in infrastructure trends and policies, especially relating to resilience.
