CE 3211 - Water Resources Engineering (3) Water Resources Engineering is a study of water within the surface and subsurface. Analysis and design of surface hydrology, groundwater (subsurface) hydrology and open channel flow hydraulics. A deeper knowledge and appreciation of the following topics will be covered: statistics, watersheds, precipitation, evaporation, infiltration, discharge calculations, subsurface flow calculations, critical flow, uniform flow, non-uniform flow, culverts and open drainage design.
