CE 1001 - Civil Engineering (2) An overview of the different technical areas of civil engineering and career opportunities by covering foundational knowledge of engineered public infrastructure along with their appropriate design guidelines and standards. In the context of civil engineering problems, exposure to foundational professional skills including problem solving, technical communications and visualizing problems and solutions in 3D, introducing the student to engineering design.
