Geographic context of Natural Hazards, Disasters, and Emergency Management and Policy. Planning for disasters, emergencies, and hazards before crises occur. Theories and practices of emergency management, including comprehensive EMS and all-hazards approach. Specific applications based upon recent and historic disasters.
