NTR 2350 - Nutrition (3) For nutrition, dietetics, food science and technology majors, healthcare majors and physiology minors. Study of individual nutrient requirements. Utilization of dietary guidelines and other nutrition recommendations. Digestion, absorption, metabolism and excretion of macronutrients and micronutrients.
