ECS 4100 - Early Childhood Clinical Practicum II (1) Develop and demonstrate, under the supervision of a seminar professor and onsite clinical practicum supervisor, skills to observe, plan, implement and assess activities across social, emotional, linguistic, cognitive, and physical domains of children’s learning in a group setting with children ages birth to eight. Demonstrate reflective and relationship-based practices that enhance collaboration, communication, and interaction with linguistically, racially, and culturally diverse children, families, and colleagues. *60 hours of practicum in an assigned quality early learning environment is required.
Prerequisite(s): Consent of department and C or better in ECS 1000, ECS 1100, ECS 2100, ECS 2100A, ECS 2200, ECS 2350, ECS 3100, and ECS 3250. Corequisite(s): ECS 4100A .
