AVS 2101 - Fundamentals of Animal Nutrition (3) A comprehensive introduction to animal nutrition with an emphasis on nutrients, digestive physiology, digestion, and feedstuff characteristics. Focus on developing a foundation for understanding more advanced topics in nutrition including the interaction between health and nutrition.
