BIO 3120 - Biodiversity Conservation (3) [B5] Course addresses global patterns of biological diversity, the impact of humans on natural systems and diversity, and use of scientific principles to protect and restore diversity. Open to all majors. Course fulfills GE Synthesis B5.
Prerequisite(s): Junior or senior standing; and Lower division GE requirements in Areas A and B (B2 must be a BIO course). Component(s): Lecture Grading Basis: Graded Only Repeat for Credit: May be taken only once Note(s): May be used as approved elective, but not for required upper division credit by students with majors in the Biological Sciences Department.
