FRL 3671 - Corporate Finance Theory (3) Provides a theoretical framework for corporate finance problems and issues through analytical techniques such as problems, projects, mini-cases. Topics include capital budgeting, CAPM, cost of capital, capital structure, valuation, dividend policy, option, and mergers and acquisitions.
