Sensory exploration of natural and man-made environments in relation to historical and contemporary theory and philosophy of landscape architecture; discussion and analysis of contemporary movements and the various roles of the landscape architect. To be taken during summer quarter concurrently with LA 509/509L and LA 511/511L.
