FRL 410 - E-commerce Law (4)

Examination of intellectual property, torts, contracts, constitutional rights and issues, taxation, online signatures, online securities offerings, security, and computer crimes among cyberspace issues. Also reviewed will be the law perspective relative to set up an e-business.
