CHM 416 - Macromolecular Modeling (4) Theoretical studies and applications of computational techniques to macromolecular (i.e. polymers, proteins, and nucleic acids) structure, stability and function. Brownian dynamics, Poisson-Boltzmann electrostatics, potential of mean force, and homology modeling. Molecular graphics to aid in application of methods and interpretation of results.
