INA 6140 - Project Management for Interior Architects (3) Exploration of the various phases of an interior architecture project, distinguishing between residential and commercial as well as differing methods relating to small and large offices. Designer/client contract, construction/implementation process, estimating, scheduling, risk avoidance, and staffing issues. Individual and team work to create standard documents and checklists.
