ABM 2260 - Accounting for Agribusiness II (3) The underlying framework and concepts of managerial accounting used by businesses and organizations in the food and agribusiness industries. Managerial accounting is the second of two accounting courses offered and provides agriculture students with an understanding of how accounting analyses are used in management decision making within the firm. Topics include manufacturing and product costs, cost control, activity based costing, profit analysis and performance measurement, budgeting and planning for capital investments.
