KIN 3260 - Teaching Elementary Physical Education and Fitness (2)

Provides students with skills and methods for teaching elementary physical education. Emphasis on standards based physical education with use of Physical Education Model Content Standards for California Public Schools and California Common Core. Topics include: teaching fitness, fundamental skills and sports strategies in the elementary school physical education setting.

Prerequisite(s): KIN 208 or KIN 2220 and KIN 208A or KIN 2220A.
