KIN 1510A - Circuit Training Activity (1)


Full body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity stations. Each station targets certain muscles and can be modified for every fitness level, which can improve strength and muscular endurance as well as promote cardiorespiratory conditioning. May be taken unlimited times.
