URP 5230 - Policy Analysis and Advanced Research Methods (2) Evaluation methods of public policies and private decisions on the public welfare, using quantitative and qualitative analytic tools. Emphasis is on skillful application of anticipatory and retrospective policy analysis to planning problems, and critical reflection on the strengths and weaknesses of economic-based evaluation.
