BIO 4080 - Water Pollution Biology (3) Major classes of pollutants and their impact on aquatic organisms, human health, and use of water resources. Emphasis on bioremediation strategies and mechanisms of microbial communities in ecosystem functioning. Case studies of industrial, agricultural, and environmental applications will be explored. Environmental Engineering students are encouraged to enroll.
