ECI 5530 - Leadership in Multicultural Communities of Learners (3) Inquiry into social, economic, cultural, linguistic, developmental, and other differences that marginalize learners in school policy and classroom practices within a global society. Development of school-, district-, and county-wide curricula that address the needs of diverse learners. 3 seminars.
