ETE 3501 - Feedback Control Systems (3) Modeling of continuous systems in the time and frequency domains. Block diagrams and reduction of multiple subsystems. First and Second order system response. Transient and steady-state behavior of systems. Sensitivity. Stability. Routh-Hurwitz and Root Locus Techniques. Introduction to sampling techniques, zero-order hold circuits, Z-transforms and difference equations. Digital controllers and applications in feedback systems.
