GSC 3310L - Paleontology Laboratory (1) Field and laboratory exercises emphasizing description and classification of fossil invertebrates and vertebrates. Morphological characteristics related to evolution. Interpretation and discussion of ancient environments and changes in life forms with time. Field trips to local museums and classic fossil locations of southern California and Nevada.
