FST 4290L - Food Product Development Laboratory (2) Application of food science and technology principles to food research and development industrial practices. Designed to implement critical thinking, decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills towards the design and development of new, innovative and improved food products.
Prerequisite(s): C- or better in FST 3180 or FST 318; C- or better in FST 3220 or FST 322; C- or better in FST 3250 or FST 325; C- or better in FST 3321 or FST 332; C- or better in BIO 2060 or MIC 201; C or better in BIO 2060L or C- or better in MIC 201L; C- or better in CHM 2010 or CHM 201; and C or better in CHM 2010L or C- or better in CHM 250L.
