Coordinate systems, raster vs. vector data sets, procedures for georeferencing raster images, creation of geodatabases linked to topology, geocoding procedures. Spatial analysis of geologic, hydrologic, and environmental processes or phenomena. Team project(s) to integrate data acquisition with GIS map production.
