ENG 2332 - Introduction to African American Literature (3) The study of African American Literature from the nation’s beginning to the present. Topics include slave narratives, Reconstruction writing, the Harlem Renaissance, Jim Crow segregation, Civil Rights, Black Power/Black Arts, and the New Jim Crow.
