FRL 4842 - Real Estate Law (3)


Rights, liabilities, title issues related to the acquisition, possession, use and transfer of real estate interests. Covers issues of easements, licenses, deeds, zoning, leases, variances, mortgages, foreclosure, landlord and tenant relationships and natural resource acquisitions. Topics included are methods of clearing title problems to create marketable title transfer to buyer.

Prerequisite(s): FRL 201 or FRL 2013 ; and FRL 306 or FRL 3062 .
