FRL 4013 - Government Regulation of Business (Administrative Law and Regulation) (3) Administrative law is created by administrative agencies in rules, regulations, orders and decisions. The course is a study of economic rights under the U.S. Constitution and administrative law concerning the regulation of corporations and other commercial businesses, professional firms, and nonprofit trade associations. Administrative law, consumer law, environmental law, and alternative dispute resolution are emphasized.
