FRL 3671 - Corporate Finance Theory (3) Provides a theoretical framework for corporate finance problems and issues through analytical techniques such as problems, projects, mini-cases. Topics include capital budgeting, CAPM, cost of capital, capital structure, valuation, dividend policy, option, and mergers and acquisitions. May be taken up to three times for a total credit of 9 units.
Prerequisite(s): C or better in ACC207/A or ACC 2070 ; ACC208/A or ACC 2080 ; EC201 or EC 2201 ; EC202 or EC 2202 ; FRL201 or FRL 2013 ; FRL300/301 or FRL 3000 ; MAT125 or MAT 1250 , 114 and 115, or MAT 1140 ; STA120 or STA 1200 ; and ENG 1103 , ENG 1101 ,103/104/107/109/110, IGE 1100 /IGE 1200 , or IGE120/121/122.
