FRL 3671 - Corporate Finance Theory (3)

Provides a theoretical framework for corporate finance problems and issues through analytical techniques such as problems, projects, mini-cases. Topics include capital budgeting, CAPM, cost of capital, capital structure, valuation, dividend policy, option, and mergers and acquisitions. May be taken up to three times for a total credit of 9 units.

Prerequisite(s): C or better in ACC207/A or ACC 2070; ACC208/A or ACC 2080; EC201 or EC 2201; EC202 or EC 2202; FRL201 or FRL 2013; FRL300/301 or FRL 3000; MAT125 or MAT 1250, 114 and 115, or MAT 1140; STA120 or STA 1200; and ENG 1103, ENG 1101,103/104/107/109/110, IGE 1100/IGE 1200, or IGE120/121/122.
