Exploring, understanding and developing creativity and innovation in individuals, groups and organizations. Discovering the role of creativity and innovation in venturing: opportunity recognition, disruptive technological change, and external environmental dynamics. Students will craft an innovation (as a start-up venture or within their current organization) and apply entrepreneurial principles to determine its viability.
