HRT 3160 - Wines of the World (3) Advanced study and exploration of wines of the world. A thorough examination of major and minor wine regions of the world as well as regions within the United States with an emphasis on varietal, geographic, vinicultural and viticultural characteristics. Wine and food evaluations. Application and use in the commercial and retail beverage market place.
