FRL 306 - Fundamentals of Real Estate (4) This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the field of real estate. Students are introduced to concepts, principles, and methods related to real estate transactions and to different aspects of real estate decision-making. Topics include the legal aspects of real estate, investment analysis, sources and instruments of financing, market and feasibility analysis, appraisal, and development.
Prerequisite(s): minimum grade of “C” (2.0) or better in ACC 207/207A , FRL 201 , EC 201 , FRL 300 and MAT 125 . Component(s): 4 lectures/problem solving.
