Fundamental design principles in the layout of interior spaces. Development of a design concept and the incorporation of ergonomics and human factors. Methods for analyzing a client’s program, the bubble diagram, the block plan, and the adjacency requirements. Current ADA codes and clearance requirements, circulation and exit paths for a variety of building types.
