Offered by: College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences, Sociology Department
The Criminology minor is a multidisciplinary grouping of courses that have been specifically selected to fulfill the needs of students presently working in or planning for careers in law enforcement or related fields. Special advisement for students in any major who are interested in criminology may be obtained from the department’s Criminology coordinator. Detailed information is available from the department office.
NOTE: No double majoring is allowed within the department because there is too much curricular overlap. However, students can minor across the department, but are not allowed to double count courses between the major and minor, unless a particular course is required of both the major and minor.
