Education Specialist credentials authorize candidates to teach students with disabilities in grades K-12 and students up to age 22. The program of study for Preliminary Education Specialist Credentials includes required competencies for teaching English Language learners and teaching students with autism spectrum disorders. Admission to the program is required before any required courses can be taken.
