PLS 4620W - Senior Thesis in Political Science II (3) Selection and completion of a thesis under faculty supervision. Thesis is to be of substantial quality on a significant problem in the student’s major area of interest within political science. 4 units Work to be completed over two semesters in PLS 4610W and PLS 4620W. Lecture and discussion. Required minimum of 120 hours. Writing-Intensive courses must be passed with a C or higher to count towards the University’s 3-unit Writing Requirement.
Prerequisite(s): Junior or senior standing, and PLS 1011 , PLS 2010 , PLS 2020 , PLS 2030 , PLS 2040 , PLS 2051 , PLS 2060 , PLS 2070 , and PLS 3055 . Grading Basis: Graded Only Repeat for Credit: May be taken multiple times Minimum - Maximum Units: May be taken up to two times for a total credit of 6 units.
