BIO 3640L - Food Microbiology Laboratory (1) Laboratory techniques and methods used to study of microorganisms in food. Analysis and detection of foodborne microorganisms using cultural and molecular techniques. Scientific thinking and quantitative analysis are emphasized through each laboratory exercise and a term project.
