Analysis and advanced operations of a selected microcontroller. Memory and I/O interface. I/O Ports, SCI & SPI interface, Timer functions, and Interrupts. CPU Architecture, Instruction set, Assembly Language and C programming.

Prerequisite(s): ECET or ESET major; and C- or better in ETE 2301 or ETE 230, ETE 2301L or ETE 230L, ETE 1151 or ETT 215, and ETE 1151L or ETT 215L.
