ECE 3200 - Microelectronic Devices and Circuits (3) An overview of the basic properties of semiconductors. Physical structure and basic device modeling of p-n junctions, MOS capacitors and MOSFETs. Two port small-signal amplifiers and their realization using single stage and multistage building blocks. Frequency response of single and multi-stage amplifiers. Introduction to differential amplifiers.
