HRT 3020 - Hospitality Marketing Management (3) The application of basic marketing principles to the hospitality service product. In teams, students will learn by developing strategic marketing plans for a hospitality entity including a situation analysis, SWOT analysis, mission statement, position statement, and marketing action plan that includes objectives, tactics and success measures and present their plan.
