MHR 3020 - Organizational Behavior (3) Introductory experiences in the basics of organizational behavior. Emphasis is given to the application of scientific knowledge drawn from different social sciences (primarily psychology, social psychology, sociology, political science, and cultural anthropology) to understand and manage human behavior in organizations. Topics discussed: individual differences, perception, attribution, motivation, working in teams, leadership, power and influence, conflict management, culture, and ethical decision making in the organizational context. Course fulfills GE synthesis D4.
