Introduction to the major concepts, theories, models, and applications of organizational development and change from the perspective of organizational and managerial studies. Topics covered include the initiation and management of organization development process, human process, techno structural and strategic change interventions, leader’s role during the organizational development process, review of ethical considerations, and global issues with regards to organizational development.
