PHY 4510L - Advanced Laboratory Physics - Advanced Instrumentation Laboratory (1)Experiments in selected physics topics with emphasis on modern instrumentation and advanced techniques and analysis. Example instrumentation may include lock-in amplifiers, electrometers, atomic force microscopes, digital storage oscilloscopes, pulsed NMR, computer interfacing through data acquisition boards, general purpose interface buses, and LabVIEW programming. Prerequisite(s): C- or better in PHY 235 or PHY 2540; and C- or better in PHY 235L or PHY 2540L. Corequisite(s): PHY 4510A.
